It's basically a competition webseries which started with twelve artists competing for $15,000 and to work at Penny Arcade for a year.

You all should watch. All the contestants seem pretty chill and cool. I really like seeing how they face artistic challenges. The reveal of comics produced from the eliminations is one of the best parts. It's good times.  Episodes come out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
